Hi not really had to ask for assistance before but have been threatened with small claims so need some advise
Sold a compressor tested working used.
Listed as collection in person only London
Buyer from wales purchased and arranged person to collect
20 days later claims faulty wants me to pay for return costing £70 plus £10 for his loss of paint (he did not pay that much to have it collected)
Item cost £48 have said return for refund but as this was collection in person do I have to pay for him to send
