I have had a really bad experience with BT in that someone else cancelled my telephone line and then they charged me £200 in cancellation charges even though I had never authorised it.
Utter disgrace. I had about 15 phone calls with them and they wouldn't budge. One of their staff members was really rude to me down the phone as well.
I wish I could start a movement and make everyone leave them.
