Wrong chair delivered twice

I bought a sofa and chair from a national chain with promise of delivery before Christmas.

As promised they arrived in time but they delivered wrong chair, had none in stock and had to order another which would take 10-12 weeks. 11 weeks have passed and they delivered it to me this morning and it's the same wrong chair they delivered the first time.

Now they tell me I have to wait another 10-12 weeks.

I paid part credit card and part finance, am I within rights to cancel whole order and request credit card refund and have finance cancelled ?

Order was place at the start of October 2015 if that makes any difference

I've experienced the same thing but with a different company. Yes, you are still within your rights to cancel the whole order.
