Refused refund says wear tear only 3 wks use Sofa

Hi I bought sofa & chairs on-line but well known high street retailer within the first few weeks of normal use the Sofa cushions are sinking into the base
Within the 3rd week I wrote e mail to the Company telling them I am rejecting the sofa based on the not of satisfactory Quality & not fir for purpose .
They phoned & told me that a guy will call & make inspection .
On inspection the guy said This is normal & you must remove all the cushions & zip & plump every time they have been sat on ,I was not aware of this & on the web site no information to buyer regarding the high maintenance procedure
The guy then said it is on the label inside the seating (but I bought online)
The Sofa company have now wrote & refused to refund stating it not faulty .
They also say that the sofa is made to order that my refund rights do not apply
As sofa not faulty . The fact reminds when you sit on the sofa you fall into the middle it is very poor quality & the high maintenance is not mentioned on the web site .
please help .
