I bought a Kreta wardrobe from AHF made up of a two narrow wardrobes with a chest of draws in the middle that created a sort of dressing table top eighteen months ago. Although there were problems with the slides that the draws ran on I was not bothered to much. When I eventually contacted the shop they gleefully replied that there was only a one year guarantee and if I wished to take the matter any further I had to pay for a person to check it over before they would do anything.
The runners are made with a U shape on one side of the draw and a flat runner that the draw just slides off on the other, an obvious design fault.
Can anyone tell me who creates the ONE year guarantee period?
