Wickes poor bathroom fitting

Had our new bathroom fitted in December from Wickes. Apart from job starting late everything seemed to be ok so signed the job off. However, 4 months later we noticed where the pipes from the loo/sink were boxed off in another room, the wood had split and the paintwork had bubbled up. Wickes sent round their "fix it" team who discovered the pipes had not been fitted properly and since the installation, every time we used the sink, water had poured out of the pipe. The water had leaked under the floor and we have had to have the flooring pulled up. All of the furniture in the room has had to be piled elsewhere in the house while it dries out. There was also a leak from the tap in the sink and now a leak in the shower! Wickes have now refused to pay to replace the flooring and boxing in it saying they are not at fault and we should contact our insurers to pursue who is at fault!! So now we have a room we can't use with no flooring all courtesy of the lovely people at Wickes. Apparently, as if it makes us feel better, the guy who fitted this "bathroom" no longer works for Wickes, so that's nice. Very, very angry. Will never use Wickes again for anything.
