Does anyone know of the connection between Ameerali Ameer Bin Abas who used to be the director of Absolute Living Developments Limited and D'ato Edwen Yew ( Kien Cheong Yew)? Which investment properties in Bradford, Manchester are they involved in?

Ameer Abas was a former director of Absolute Living Developments (ALD), whose collapse this year is being investigated by police in Hong Kong. He is listed at Companies House under the name Ameerali BIN ABAS.

The liquidation of ALD has left three projects in Bradford unfinished and has sparked protests in Hong Kong, where hundreds of buy-to-let investors fear they have lost millions of pounds.

Abas is now a director of Golden Sands Developments Limited, another company which builds apartments and sells them to overseas buy-to-let investors.

Now it has emerged that DS7’s director, Charlie Cunningham, has had his assets frozen in a High Court injunction, with Absolute Living Developments’ liquidator, Louise Brittain, alleging that money from Absolute Living Developments has been wrongfully diverted to a number of companies, including DS7 Limited

Historic Rotherham building wrapped up in legal claim:

Progress on converting the historic Howard Building in Rotherham town centre looks unlikely anytime soon after a court injunction was granted that prevents its sale.

A tangled web of development and investment companies, and their directors, has been served with a freezing injunction with liquidator, Louise Brittain, alleging that money from investors has been wrongfully diverted to a number of companies.

The assets have been frozen as the liquidator of Absolute Living Developments hunts to recover money for investors and creditors left out of pocket when schemes failed to be completed, or in some cases, even started.
