Faulty LG TV - Company won't pick it up!

Hi,

After battling since November with a company called applianceelectronics.co.uk regarding a TV that has had a damaged stand and severe light bleed, LG have given us an uplift number. I provided this to the company above and now they are saying we need to send the item to them! It's a 55" TV! And it was supplied faulty from them! By consumer law where do we stand with this?
