I recently purchased (month ago) a used motorbike from a dealership. It was mot just before purchase. I expected some cosmetic issues given its 2001 plate but it had only seen 17,500(approx). After a major wash and polish just the other day I discovered a hole on the underneath of the swingarm right side, approx 2inch in length and area around it is quite weak with some wee holes starting to appear near by. Do I have any rights to take this up with the shop since it was a clean mot, no advisory's. I wanted to buy from dealership so I wouldn't have to deal with major problems so soon. Am I within my rights to ask them to sort this wether its to fix or replace it?
