I have a problem with the wetroom floor my bathroom contractor and his tiler have completed. The floor has already been ripped up once because the first tiler did a bad job and bathroom contractor wasn't happy, now it looks ok but I have puddles.
The bathroom contractor is saying if he has to do it again, he can't guarantee it will be better, I could just have a puddle in a different place. i have consulted another tiler and they said he doesn't know what he is doing.
As i have lost confidence now, what are my rights? He has been fully paid and the job took 3 months instead of 2 weeks.
Can I insist he pays someone of my choice to redo the floor, or is my only recourse, for him to redo it, at his own expense and chance further problems?
