I've being using Lovefilm for a few years without any problems. I have recently changed my subscription so that I receive more discs per month. Since the change two batches of discs have apparently been sent but neither has been received.
I've checked on Lovefilms website and they state continous non-delivery will result in my account being either suspended or canceled. I'm worried that I will lose money as my subscription has been paid up front until August, a cost of around £80 (which I can't afford to lose).
Is anyone aware of any way I can cancel this and get my money back as I see this as a failure on their part and possibly that of Royal Mail. I'm not sure of how consumer rights would work in this type of situation so any help would be appreciated.
