Hi, I bought a cooker from Currys. The cooker arrived well wrapped up. I was refitting the kitchen so it lay unopened for a few weeks. When I came to setting it up, I found that the 2 large Pan Supports were missing. I contacted Currys but they have said that according to their Terms and Conditions I had to report the missing parts within 7 days.
Have I any rights here? A cooker is unusable without these and they are very expensive to replace. I was hoping they would do the honourable thing and replace, but no such luck.
Thanks

Hi Tony and thanks for your reply.

What I'd like to know now is, assuming I get no satisfaction from Currys, what would then be my next move.

If they just say 2we are not replacing the missing items" what can I do?
