Hi,
can anyone help with this....
I puchaced a used Volvo V50 from a volvo dealership just over a month ago and have had constant problems with the car and unhelpful dealership personnel. The car has broken down, had a problem with the ignition system and now the heater is stuck on the hottest setting. I have contacted the dealership and they cannot get it looked at for over two weeks, after i pointed out that this is a safety hazard as i drive a lot and the accessive heat will make me drowsy, I also have a 3 month old child who i take in the car with me who's temperature i cannot monitor when driving. Would it be unreasonable to expect the car to get looked at sooner or be given a hire car until Volvo can look at my problematic vehicle?

Sounds reasonable to me, I am sure they have plenty of cars that they could lend you for a couple of weeks.
