Hey all, I bought a suzuki gran vitara last year from a nissan dealer. The dealer arranged the finance for me. I recently noticed on the agreement that under the description of goods is - Nissan x-Trail, as opposed to a suzuki gran vitara.
Does anybody know how this effects my agreement and if it is still valid.
To the best of my knowledge it breaks the trade descriptions act 1968 but I am unsure.
Any advice would be appreciated
