The latest lottery scam is the Skype Lottery. The text is sent to Dear Internet User even though it says "your skype ID has won". The English is poor. The contact details are dubious. It gives a +44 070 number. It is a UK number but it a portable number that can be delivered anywhere in the world. The email is a yahoo address.
All are the classic warning signs of a scam.
