The one time i decided to look at my itemised Vodafone pay-monthly mobile bill I found an 'account adjustment charge' of £17 that should not be there- for an international call package that I specifically declined to take up after a short trial period a few months back. Naughty Vodafone had continued to charge me for it despite me telling them to stop it.

Think of how many times we've not bothered looking through our itemised bills and possibly paid more than we shold have. I've now registered online with Vodafone and can access all my current bills, it's a good way to check what you're paying for.

I am such a saddo - my last mobile bill was 74p! So I would have noticed the £17 immediately! I have been on a Virgin tariff, with Orange network for years, since I got my first phone and wanted the flexibility of PAYG, with the constancy of monthly billing.
