Airlines should provide the cost of the whole product.

It is long overdue that airlines should be forced to provide the total cost for the product that they are providing, along with the type of service provided. Airlines are providing transport from one location to another. As a passenger I don't know, nor care, what their incidental costs are.
I do not expect to pay extra in a restuarant, because they have heating bills for the food. Similarly, I do not expect to pay extra to an airline because they have to put fuel in their planes.
The cost on the advertising should be the cost of the service provided, nothing else should be considered, or permitted.
