can anybody help..i am having a battle with orange at the moment..i got a new phone last week and it is faulty..the store will change the phone but i dont trust it anymore and wish for another phone..can i request another or do i have to accept the same type of phone..thanks john

try to just return it, i think orange give 14 days, wether its faulty or not you should be able to do that. you could just get a new phone then elsewhere.

thanks for your reply,i took the phone back yesterday after making a few calls..the biggest problem i had was that they did not want to cancel my upgrade and go back to my old phone..not company policy but was told by orange itself it is their company policy..the best advice i can give is dont use an orange store go online..
