hi im from ireland and recentely sold my car, i got $1300 for it, i told the buyer what had been done with it(new head gasget new timimg belt new rad and new water pup pt in the car also new plugs) the buyer seemed happy with this. he also seen tat on the left wing there was a bit of rust but excepted this, he brought it for a test drive and seemed very happy with it. he eventuallly bought it that evening and as ha left i said to him what ever happens once you drive out of my drive it is your responsibilty, he agreed. two days after he called me and told me the hand gasget had gone and that he wanted his money back. DO I HAVE TO GIVE HIM BACK his money or any money. plz write back to me
