I'm considering registering with bootsvolunteers.com, for the opportunity to evaluate toiletries, cosmetics and skincare products prior to them going on sale. Basically, for testing the products and filling in an online questionnaire, I get the free products. It would be great to try out different products that I would never normally buy, though what's holding me back is thoughts of rashes and reactions. What do others think?

It sounds a great idea. With a reputation like Boots it is unlikely that there would be a problem. regarding safety. It is more likely intended to refine the packaging, smell, instructions, etc.

Debtors retreat
I did this once with a roll on deodorant, had a terrible allergic reaction and was in pain for ages!!!!

Thing that really annoyed me was that I got no reaction when I reported this to the company, an apology would have been nice!!!
