Returned item but no refund

Hi everyone

I bought an item of clothing online described as "soft brushed cotton". However when it arrived it was a cheap-feeling polycotton, as confirmed by the label (65% polyester).

I emailed the company saying I would be returning it and why, and they replied with quite a nice email saying that would be no problem.

So I returned it, registered post as they required. That was over two weeks ago. They have not acknowledged receipt or refunded me, and they are ignoring my emails.

I know it's not a huge sum (item value was £45 plus 2 lots of postage) but I am a tad put out that I have had no refund for the misdescribed item and also have paid delivery twice: once to receive and once to send back.

I'm not being too impatient, am I? Anything else I can do to get them to cough up?
