Could somebody please explain whether or not I am allowed to cash mine in. Is it not always an option and does in depend on the company you worked for, etc. I am really tempted as it seems that it is such a small amount it won't help me in the years to come but could just sort out some debts now which would make a difference. Or does that option not exist anymore?
