I bought a voucher from Vrigin Hot Air Balloon Ride. After reading the terms and conditions I saw I can get a refund if they cancelled it 5 times or more. It has now been cancelled 5 times. When I phoned up today they told me I couldn't get a refund as it wasn't vaild for this type of voucher?

Write a letter to Richard. He always strikes me as fairly human. Just make sure it gets as close to him as possible and keep on. That's the only advise I have I'm afraid. Seems ridiculous to have it cancelled five times and then not to have the right voucher.
