If you have a complaint and use the e-mail service, you get an automated response with an 0870 number, if you try to phone their ordinary number you are referred to the o870 number
.After 8 e-mails I have still not had a reply to my complaint over 6 weeks ago

yes of course they have a postal address and I sent my complaint c/o the CEO, not that I am that naive to think he would see it

yes but that was ignored as well even though it was marked for the attn of the CEO
