Can anyone ahelp me with this issue?
Bought a new boiler from British Gas Dec 2005. It started leaking yesterday. Called British Gas to get an engineer to come and look at it. They charge a flat fee of £165 to come out and look at it and repair it if possible. I don't pay them for their boiler cover 'insurance'. was wondering is the boiler covered under the sales of goods act? can I claim my money back if it is? If I can how do i do this?
