Credit Card Consumer Protection under £100?

Hi all

I purchased a three month gym membership but the gym has gone bust only a month into this.

I made the purchase of £90 on my credit card. It seems I'm not protected under the consumer credit act to get a refund as I'm under the required £100 lower limit.

Any advice on what the best course of action is best to get my money back?

The gym now has a sign on the window from the County Bailiff Company which I have attached.

It was a Visa Credit Card.
