I work for the charity RNID and I know people who work in the building trade sometimes work in noisy environments, so I just wanted to share some info in case you have any concerns about your about your hearing.
You can do a free, quick, online hearing check if you go to their website and add the extension ....../hearingcheckaug.
This will let you know if their hearing is within the 'normal' range or not.
