Hi everyone
Please can some help my daughters camera has broken after 11 months took the camera back to currys and guess what they said Kodak will not fix it as it has inpacted damage all there is is a screw missing from the bottom and this has stopped the lens retracting where do I go from here

Yes they can work their way loose. The problem is when something is more than six months old the burden of proof lies with you and you may need to get a report stating why it is faulty and it wasn't impact damage. They will pay for this if it is proven to be faulty. I would write another letter making a claim using your statutorybright rather than a warrant claim. They will hopefully repair it but may ask for the report first
