Esporta Health Club cancellation after 1 day

I joined Esporta Health Club on Monday 17/08/2009 and use it Today 18/08/2009.

I'm not happy with facilities and I'm thinking of leaving.

Is it possible to leaving before the 12 months contract? Like cool off period

There is no cooling off assuming you paid at the club. It depends on what your mean by "not happy". You will need to provide some more details.

I am a member at Esporta and am pleased with their service. They always take new members round the club to view the facilities. Did you not spot the problems when you had your tour?
