I bought my daughter school shoes at a cost of £44. She has worn them for 8 weeks and they are now letting in water through the heel. The shop has offered 25% another pair of shoes. I'm NOT happy. What are my rights?

They should offer to repair or replace them. If they can't they should offer a refund, but they can deduct an amount for the usage you have had. The amount deducted would need to be negotiated but many shop will not do this even though it is within their rights.
