This is one of those scams that sounds too good to be true. Getting paid to go shop - I would love this job! But it is a definately a scam.

How do I know. They don't mention any company name or contact details. It is a free email account - mysteryshoppersmanual@live.com. The phone number is a (probably non traceable) mobile number. The email is being sent from Germany. They ask for too much personal data and do not ask for references or experience.

What happens if you respond. They offer you a job - no interview required!

Next, they will send you a fake cheque. You are to deposit the cheque and then buy some goods to send to them. Sometimes, they are even cheeky enough to tell you they want you to be a mystery shopper at Western Union.

They are hoping that you send the goods or money before you realise the cheque is forgery.

Here is the latest example that landed in my in box today:
EARN NO LESS THAN £200.00 POUNDS GBP Need extra INCOME!
