Laptop been repaired 3 times...

Still no different, comet are refusing any liability for it saying its with me and Acer.... bought laptop march 09, used it for all of about 5 hours since I bouht it, runs really slow etc doenst do what it said it should do, comet wont do anything?

Where do I stand now its been repaired 3 times???

Comet are well aware of the law, your contract is between you and Comet, nothing to do with Acer, 3 failed repairs is sufficient for item replacement on an item that is less than 6 months old. Phone consumer direct (no at the top of this page) they will give you a case number and advice on how to return the item to Comet.
