I have now got aproblem with the tablet as the commector socket has pushed into the unit and i cannot connect this to the computer as a student i need the tablet to do my work i have emailed the company twice about this its been seven days and still no reply I quoted the sale of goods act to them stating this needs to be rectifyed by they not by going back to the manufacturer as they state on there website (breach of sale of goods act)
ive tryed ringing several times them but i cannot get through i dont know what do do next?
any help would be very greatly apprieciated

You need to send them a letter stating that you will start legal proceedings within 21 days. You didn't state how long you have had the tablet.

It might be wise to phone Consumer Direct who will be able to get their local trading standards to give them a call or friendly visit. Number top right
