I recently (5 weeks ago) upgraded my phone to the new Nokia N97 - and although this phone is an excellant product, the slide lock button on the side has fallen off!!
I have spoken to CPW who say its chargeable at £85 - accidental damage!!
Nokia have said it should be covered under warranty and to use thier nominated repair centre - you've guessed it...., CPW - who still wont touch it without me paying
CPW are now saying they will provide me with an address to send it to nokia myself! As they "don't want to get involved"
I spoke with CPW call centre who said they would investigate and get back to me, this was 4 days ago and still no response.
Nokia have said to send to them and they will investigate and update me on repairs status!! - however they will probably charge me
Anyone have any ideas who i turn to next???
