Many of you have told us you're still waiting for Michael Jackson souvenir tickets. We find out what's going on.

Michael Jackson was scheduled to perform 50 concerts at the O2 on his This Is It tour between 13 July and 6 March 2010. When he died on 25 June the concert promoter AEG offered fans the opportunity to forgo a refund and receive their ticket as a souvenir. But almost three months later fans have yet to receive the tickets, despite a promise from AEG to send them out by the end of July.

The promoters of the concerts, AEG Live, told Watchdog:

Distribution of the actual concert tickets, along with a specially created copy of the memorial service program (provided with approval of the Michael Jackson Estate) began approximately two weeks ago to all fans who requested their actual tickets in lieu of full refunds. Tickets are being distributed chronologically in order of the show date. Due to the time-intensive process of providing the fans with their specific locations, the distribution will continue throughout the month.

Ticketmaster have told us that they started sending the tickets out to ticket-holders for the first concerts on Monday 14 September.

Have you received your souvenir tickets yet?
