hello,i purchased a fridge freezer from argos in december on a buy now and pay in 12 months and the ballance is due to be paid shortly.The problem is there has been a fault with the item from day one.The first one they gave me was dented inside so they replaced it.Then there were big puddles of water on the floor leaking from the door which was bevelled and would not close properly.The repair man came and replaced the door.Then there were large build ups of ice at the top.The repair man came and replaced the seal.Now the seal is hanging off at the bottom and the repair man is coming back again.
Am i entitled to my money back[ive not payed for it yet]as you can imagine ive been given the run around from argos and my phone bills are mounting up not to mention the time i have wasted waiting for various repair men
