2007 vouchers were bought for me to choose an experience, i did but unfortunately by the time the paperwork came through there was only 2 weeks left on the date which was no good. The manager kindly said an extension would be granted for another year. In that year unfortunately i lost my cousin and my mother ended up in hospital. I telephoned to let them know an they said i could just buy an extension. I have recently emailed them for the extension after my boyfriend spoke to them in April of this year who was also told to just buy an extension but no date as to when we could not phoned. I have informed them of any problems along the way and have requested to buy the extension but now they say that it's invalid as it ran out last year even though they said i could buy the extension? Am i to assume that this is a dead end for me in regards to buying the extension and having any rights ?:confused
