Hello,

Firstly, may I introduce myself, I'm Marcus. I teach people who are serious about selling to get paid based on the value they deserve and stop doing the things that they think help the sale but in reality, slow it down or kill it.
In a nutshell I'm a seller who teaches selling, not a trainer who teaches sales. I teach the Sandler selling and sales management systems to help CEOs, Owners and Investors fix problems with their selection, performance and management of their sales & sales support people and sales management.

Welcome to the forum Marcus, in response to your question ... if the seller is phoning me or knocking on my door as a cold call, they have the right to be told 'NO' and to leave me alone.

I will only buy what I want to buy, not what someone wants to sell me.

The rights of the seller are defined in the contract and the legislation. For example, the Sale of Goods Act but to answer the question in detail more context would be required.
