Ok i need some advice on if it is legal to sell 2 pin plug devices in the uk, according to what i have read it is illegal to sell 2 pin eu or us plug devices in the uk without an enclosing conversion plug (note: a travel adapter is not a conversion plug).
i was sold headphones
from iheadphones.co.uk a uk based website, no where does it mention it would come with a US plug.
when i contacted them they sent the following reply.
"Sorry about that you should have received adapters as well, shall we post some out today for you?"
so before i start demanding refunds i just want to know is this illegal ?
the plug was ac transformer so i don't think you can even get convertors for those, i don't know?
