I heard recently of a case where The Co-operative Bank (my old bank) told someone who is in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance and has the threat of a county court judgment, and eviction, that they do not qualify for hardship ... I guess that means as far as The Co-operative (un-ethical) Bank are concerned no does qualify for it.
