A quick question relating to the sale of goods act and dealing with the 'seller'. The item (A Sony Digital SLR) has developed a fault after 7 months.
It was purchased via Amazon.co.uk, but actually supplied by another company using Amazon as their sales channel. So my question is.... who is the retailer I need to take my problem up with? Is it Amazon or the supplier?
