So I was given an iPod for my birthday in January 2009 and it has now broken. As it was a gift I don't have the receipt and it was from my brothers, who are the most useless humans alive, and they don't have the receipt or even remember where they got it from.
I am in a dilemma now because I would like to be able to use my iPod but I don't know who to go to, and I know that it is still in the one-year warranty, or guaranty, or what ever its called! But it will end either at at the end of december or january.
