Bank Complaint

Hi

There is an error with my back account and my bank is saying that it could take up to 8 weeks to resolve. I can not access my own money.

Does anyone know of anything else I can do?

The account has been put in another person's name.

Long story.

I even asked if I could close the account, and they said that I would have to go to the bank and provide proof, but then back tracked, because the other person would have to do this which would amount to theft in reality.

Anyway I could speed up the process.
