Hi.

Could someone please give me some advise.

I bought a Mamas and Papas pushchair and it developed a fault on the same day. The faulty element (chassis) was exchanged and now 3 months later it has developed a fault with the other element (carrycot).

I deem the faults to be quite serious - the carrycot does not hold itself horizontally and will flip vertically with the strenght on a hand - so obviously i've lost faith in the pushchair.

As this is my 2nd fault in 6 months am I legally entitled to a cash refund??

Hi Sarah,

Probably not as it is a different fault and even if it were the same fault you should give them at least two opportunities to fix it. However, this does not mean you can't ask them to replace it as a gesture of goodwill.

Hope this helps
