car parts recd incorrect

clio 1.4 s x reg Help i need to go back to garage on saturday and a little scared of the manager)
we ordered the following for the above car
1 x headlight passenger side 25.00
1 x bumper 35.00
on receipt of the items the light was incorrect and the bumper is also wrong
the supplier of these items has agrred to refund the cost of the headlight
purchase price 28.00 will to give us 25.10 back but stated the bumper is correct as he has sent a black plastic bumper for a reno clio 1.4 and all these bumpers are the same
wot can i do, he was rude and shouted at me on the phone
we spend 89.00 in total inc vat and postage

i have asked another breakers yard, and they have stated that they were unsure which bumper i needed and send 10 pics of diff cars with bumpers

also i have spoken to the comumer people today and they say that i am entitled to full refund of light 28.00 bumper 33.00 as they are not fit for purpose, not sure if this is correct, but why would he says he would refund only 25.13 for the light when i paid 28.00 he cant deduct anything if i was taking the goods back, the problem is with the car model 1.4 and 1.4s
he sed i agreeded to a black plastic bumper, which i suppose i did but i did keep saying it had to be for a 1.4s with fog lights at the bottom
