we bought a 37in fully hd tv from Tescos back in May its recently stopped working we rang them up and asked for a replacement tv they said no as they dont sell 37in tvs any more so we would have to have a 32in replacement or pay the extra £100 for a 40in replacement we said that wasnt what we wonted we wonted the tv replaced with the same tv or a similar one in price and value they said no we dont want our money back just a replacement tv without having to pay a extra are we within our rights please i'd be so grateful if anyone could help us
