Hi

I ordered a mirror from a furniture shop back in september and was told that it would be 8 weeks before I received it, I am now in the tenth week and on contacting the store was told that I would have to wait for someone to ring me (no one has) and the customer service is awful.:(

What are my rights in terms of delivery? (I have paid for the item in full), my reading of the Sales of Goods act is that it should be delivered in a reasonable period of time. But what is reasonable?

I would like to cancel the order, as I am so unhappy with the way I have been treated and have no confidence that I will receive the item any time soon. What are rights in terms of this? can I cancel and get a refund before delivery?

thanks
Louisa
