I bought a computer graphics card. It has developed a fault that XFX and Scan both accept. They asked me to return the card packed well and via recorded postage.
I went to the post office and they was as near as damnit, £10. As a student (and one in a lot of debt), I can't really afford this. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but a tenner here and a tenner there adds up and i'm near maxing my overdraft.
Am I really liable to pay postage on returning goods?
