i'm new to the forum. Looks like a great website!
I've got a problem with a gas cooker i bought from John Lewis. It was fine for three months then the heat in the oven went down and it cooks extremely slowly (like a hour and a half for a frozen pizza
). They have sent a engineer out three times and say their is nothing wrong with it. Where do i stand as i've only had it since the summer?
Please can someone pass me some advice?
