hello everyone. jeffo here, i am looking for some advice and hoping you guys can help. i bought my tv from currys in sept 07. it worked fine up untill last week. after my wife had explained the problem to the salesman in currys. he told her it was not repairable as the tube had gone (?) and she would be better off buying a new LCD because plasmas are not built to last.
i would have expected after spending twelve hundred pounds on an item to get more than two years out of it.
although the 12 month warranty is out, are currys in anyway resposible to help get the tv fixed. i have also heard currys are no longer stocking phillips plasmas any more. i hope someone out there can help. jeffo
